Have your say on our future plan

We have worked with stakeholders to develop our Business Plan. Find out how to share your views and feedback with us as the plans are finalised, so we can make sure we’re taking account of the things that are important to you.

Have your say in our planning for 2021 onwards

As we prepare our next business plan for the next RIIO regulatory price control starting in 2021, we’re encouraging anyone that has an interest in what we do to get involved.

We want to take account of a broad range of views about our changing industry and understand what’s important to our stakeholders.

How we’ve involved you in the development

We’ve worked with you through an engagement process that had three phases:

  1. Listen – to establish your priorities

  1. Co-create – to build the detail of our business plan with you

  1. Propose – to check our plan will deliver what you need.

During the ‘listen’ phase, we engaged with you to understand what you find important. Through an extensive programme of engagement, your insight helped us to draft, test and refine our consumer and stakeholder priorities.

You can read more about how all our engagement activiteis, the feedback we received and how it was incorporated into our final Business Plan submission below in our Stakeholder Report
